JARDLI Glass CO2 Diffuser for U-Shape Aquarium Plants
With high surface area to volume ratio, Co2 can easily dissolve in the water
The JARDLI Glass CO2 Diffuser is an elegant and user-friendly way to infuse CO2 gas into your aquarium. The diffuser fits a standard 4/6 mm CO2 tubing and can be attached to any length of tubing. The silicone tubing included with JARDLI's diffuser is 0.8" in diameter, which is compatible with most nano tanks. Clscea Stainless Steel CO2 Diffuser Atomizer with Check Integrated Valve for Aquarium Plants 30cm
Innovative Quick Plug connection design, easy to install. Built-in check valve to prevent backflow, no need for extra check valves.
As part of our ongoing quest to dramatically improve our testing methods, we recently conducted an experiment to compare the performance of 10 different diffusers -- including 7 glass diffusers and 3 metal diffusers -- against 2 CO2 cartridges. The tanks we used were 12 inches tall and 20 inches wide. We filled them with 1,000 gallons of aquarium water, with an initial CO2 concentration of 1,000 ppm. We ran tests with a 10-watt SunSun CO2 laser sensor, and noted the difference in CO2 emitted over 10 minutes. The results, which are summarized below, show a clear advantage for the metal diffusers. Not only did the diffusers emit more CO2 over the 10-minute test period, they also emitted less CO2 per minute, and produced more bubbles per minute. We also conducted tests with the 10 diffusers, and rated them based on appearance, ease of use, build quality and overall performance. The glass diffusers were the clear winners, but Clessea's stainless steel diffusers were well ahead of the rest. The diffusers we tested all operated at 4 liters per minute, and were rated from 0 to 4 based on performance.

NilocG Aquatics
This easy to use, discreet CO2 diffuser provides professional quality and value. It mounts inline with canister filters with an inner diameter of 16mm (5/8) and outer diameter of 22mm (7/8). It produces an ultra fine mist with an average bubble size of less than 0.1mm in diameter.
This device is one of the best choices for hobbyists who want to add CO2 to their aquariums without running extra tubing through their tanks. The NilocG has the longest and most flexible tubing of any carbon canister diffuser we tested, and it's incredibly easy to use. Simply connect the NilocG to your aquarium's return line and run the tubing and diffuser through your tank's filter. We recommend placing the NilocG about 6 to 8 inches from your tank's center, and we recommend using a carbon block filter. The NilocG has a fairly high flow rate of CO2, but it's fine for most aquariums. We found that it was less useful for smaller tanks. The NilocG's best feature is its long, flexible tubing, which makes it easy to place the diffuser in hard to reach places. The NilocG also puts out more CO2 than many other carbon canister diffusers we tested. The NilocG's flow controller is a simple dial that you can adjust to change your diffuser's flow rate. We found that the NilocG was very effective, but it's a bit expensive.

Clscea PMMA CO2 Diffuser with Bubble Integrated Counter for Aquarium Plants
Innovative injection-molded ceramic plate, excellent sealing, can effectively avoid large bubbles, the effective outlet area is one-third larger than other similar products, offering higher CO2 dissolution rates. Ceramic plates are replaceable! (Asin: B08YY7WXY1)
The Clscea Diffuser is one of the best CO2 diffusers we've ever tested. It produces more bubbles per minute than our previous top pick, the Rejuvenator, and it's quieter too. Its sturdy, one-piece construction makes it easy to use and it mounts easily on any aquarium stand or in a custom holder. The diffuser's bubble counter is handy for keeping track of how many bubbles you produce. However, the Diffuser is bulky, heavy, and a fairly large investment, so it's best suited for larger tanks or tanks with CO2 lines already installed. The Diffuser also takes 6mm CO2 tubing, which can get expensive, compared with other models on the market. If you're on a budget, the Rejuvenator has been our pick for most of our testing, and it's much cheaper. For small tanks, the Mini Diffuser from Fluval is a good alternative, and it accepts 3/16" CO2 tubing.

The diffuser comes with a 1/4-inch diameter adapter, so you can use it with any 1/4-inch diameter CO2 tube. The bubble counter will flash when the diffuser runs out of CO2, so you won't have to worry about running out of CO2 and hurting your plants. The diffuser's ceramic membrane is more efficient than traditional diffuser membranes, so it releases more CO2 and released CO2 molecules are small, so they're easy to uptake by your plants. The diffuser's ceramic membrane is also more efficient than traditional diffuser membranes, so it's more energy efficient (i.e., the diffuser uses less electricity). The diffuser's ceramic membrane is also more efficient than traditional diffuser membranes, so it's more durable (i.e., the diffuser won't break as easily). The diffuser's ceramic membrane is more efficient than traditional diffuser membranes, so it won't break down as easily. The diffuser's ceramic membrane is more efficient than traditional diffuser membranes, so it won't release as much liquid (i.e., the diffuser won't drip as much). The diffuser's ceramic membrane is more efficient than traditional diffuser membranes, so it won't corrode as easily.

The Nano we tested was compatible with a 20-gallon tank, and it setup easily. Compared to other diffusers, the Nano was the least expensive we tested, but like its more expensive counterparts, it was easy to install and operate. The diffuser's included suction cup helps it stick to the tank wall, and it's capable of diffusing up to 20 liters of CO2 per hour. The Nano is also compatible with pressurized tanks, so owners they don't need to buy a separate tank that runs on CO2. The Nano's design may be minimal, but it's feature-rich, and it offers a noticeable improvement over competing models.
