Nuwave Pro Infrared Oven
No Preheating Or Defrosting Required Easy To Clean & Dishwasher-Safe
The Nuwave Pro Infrared Oven is perfect for most small kitchens and home cooks. It heats quickly and evenly, and it's the only infrared oven we tested that cooks large items like a turkey breast or a 22-pound brisket. The infrared heating elements use less energy than traditional ovens, so they're less expensive to run. On the downside, the Pro IR takes longer to cook food than our other picks, and it's more difficult to clean. It's also slower than most ovens to cook food to a safe internal temperature. The Nuwave Pro Infrared Oven also lacks a rotisserie, so you can't cook a spit-roasted chicken or bake a rotisserie chicken. Fortunately, it provides plenty of cooking space, and it doubles as a convection oven. The Pro IR's internal temperature display is easy to read, and it includes a countdown timer. It also comes with a 10-year warranty.

NuWave 20356 Pro Digital Infrared Controlled Tabletop Oven
Warm defaults to 155F for 2 hours
The NuWave 20356 Pro Digital Controlled Infrared Tabletop Oven is an upgrade from our previous top pick, the NuWave 20354. The Pro Plus model comes with 3 thicker, more sturdy cooking racks that make it easier to cook different types of food, and the Dome is tougher and more durable. The Dome also makes it easier to place the food inside the oven, as the 20354 Dome has a slight lip that makes it difficult to place small items. The Pro Plus model also comes standard with 2 extender rings, which give you more flexibility in cooking. The NuWave 20356 Pro is smarter than the 20354, too, with a redesigned interface that makes it easier to use. The 20356 Pro's display is brighter and easier to read, and its buttons are more responsive. The 20356 Pro also has 3 modes: Warm, Reheat, and Delay. The Warm mode is for cooking quick meals, such as frozen pizzas and meat, and the Reheat mode is for cooking frozen meals. The Delay mode, which is unique to NuWave ovens, lets you set the oven to turn on at a specific time. The Delay mode comes in handy if you want to cook a frozen meal at night, and dinner is being served later. The 20356 Pro has 3 temperature settings: Low, Medium, and High. The Low setting is for frozen meals, and the High setting is for cooking meat.
The NUWAVE Pro Infared Oven is a no-frills, budget-friendly alternative to the Breville Smart Oven and is a practical choice for most home cooks. It has a large 180 square-inch cooking area, a speed up to 50% faster than conventional ovens, and a removable, non-stick cooking tray for easy cleaning. The oven is also easy to use: The digital display provides an at-a-glance view of what's cooking, and the oven's range rings measure temperature in 1-degree increments, so it's easy to set and adjust the cooking time. The NUWAVE Pro has a lower temperature setting than other toaster ovens we tested, so it's a good option for baking a pie, bread, or casserole. The oven's interior temperature can also be set to 500°F, which is ideal if you're making fried food like bacon or chicken nuggets. But the oven's temperature settings are a little low, so you'll need to adjust the cooking time if you're cooking food at higher temperatures. Unfortunately, the NUWAVE Pro has poor coverage, so it doesn't heat up evenly: Parts of the food will be overcooked while other parts will be undercooked. The oven also lacks a delayed start function, so you can't set a timer and forget about it. The NUWAVE Pro is a good option for most home cooks, but we recommend against it if you're cooking for a large family.

Nuwave 20326 Pro Infrared Digital-Controlled Tabletop Oven
Digital-controlled infrared oven cooks food quickly and easily
The Nuwave 20326 Pro Digital-Controlled Infrared Tabletop Oven is a great middle-of-the-road choice for baking, broiling, and roasting. The oven's 3-inch extender ring makes it perfect for cooking a 16-pound turkey or 14-pound ham, and it does so faster than a convection oven, without preheating, defrosting or ventilation. The oven's 2-inch rack is also large enough to cook a 10-pound chicken, and the oven offers all three cooking methods (conduction, convection, and infrared). The oven's controls are intuitive, with digital temperature and time displays, and the control panel is removable for easy cleaning. The oven comes with three cooking guides: a cookbook, an instructional DVD, and a Quick and Easy Cooking Guide. The cookbook and DVD are easy to follow, and the Quick and Easy Guide provides step-by-step instructions. The oven has three cooking modes (convection, conduction, and infrared), and the temperature can be set from 0 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven's heating elements are quick and energy efficient, and the oven's manual and recipe booklet provide plenty of recipes. The oven's parts are dishwasher safe, and the oven includes a 1-year warranty.

NuWave Oven Red Pro Plus with Clear Dome
Digital temp controls range from 100 degrees F to 350 degrees F
The NuWave Oven is a countertop device that cooks food using infrared, conduction and convection heating. It uses 75% less energy and 70% faster than a standard oven, and it produces fewer emissions. The clear dome allows you to see your food as it cooks, and the red base has indicators that light up when your food is finished (the base also works as a timer). The NuWave Oven comes with a digital panel that monitors and controls the cooking process. It has a 725-watt heating element, and five cooking presets: roast, bake, pizza, broil, and toast. The oven comes with a rack, a baking pan, a broiling pan, a pizza pan, and a pizza stone. The pans are sold separately. The oven has 10 cooking modes: roast, bake, pizza, broil, toast, warm, broil warm, toast warm, and toast bagel. The oven is easy to clean, and it has a 120 V, 60 Hz, 1800 watt power supply. The oven measures 13.4 x 12.1 x 9.3 inches.
