PowerSmart Snow Blower
Self-propelled System: 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds, enhanced driving confidence. 13" inflatable tires deep snow treads bites into slippery terrain, ideal for concrete, asphalt and gravel surfaces.
Powered snow blowers make winter cleanup a breeze, but not all of them perform well enough to clear tough, deep snow. The Snow King 24-inch PowerSmart 212cc might be the best snow blower we tested, because it has enough power to cut through 10 car-sized driveways or 6 in.-10 in. of snow, and it's backed by a 2-year warranty. Its 212cc engine is the most powerful we tested, and it's coupled with a dual-stage snow blower that pulverizes heavy snow and throws it 40ft. The blower features a large, 24-in. clearing width and 20-in. clearing depth, and it automatically detects obstructions and adjusts the chute. The 24-in. blower was our favorite for clearing snow up to 10 car-widths, and it won our awards for clearing 6 in.-10 in. of snow, and our runner-up award when it tackled 12 in.-20 in. of snow. It's bulky, though, and it's heavier than most electric snow blowers, so it's less portable. And unlike some snow blowers, the Snow King 24-in. PowerSmart 212cc doesn't have a corded electric start. But this model's performance does make up for those drawbacks.

PowerSmart Snow Blower Powered Gas 26 in.
Platinum Operating System: equipped heated handle, easy one hand 180 chute control, LED headlight. Patented design for tackle the toughest winter.
The Briggs & Stratton Snow Blower is the most powerful, most durable, and most reliable snow blower we've ever tested. It's powerful enough to clear a 26"x20" path of heavy, wet snow in minutes, and its auger system plows through snow up to 12 inches deep. The self-propelled control, 6-speed forward and reverse, and all-terrain tires make it very easy to navigate around obstacles. The Snow Blower has an electric starter, but the included corded electric starter isn't the best we've seen. It's fairly slow, and it's a little difficult to use. The Snow Blower's auger is stronger than our previous top pick, the Snow Joe iON18SB, and it throws snow farther than the Snow Joe. But, the Snow Blower's engine is louder than the Snow Joe's, and it's significantly heavier, at 110 pounds, compared with the Snow Joe's 60 pound weight. The Snow Joe iON18SB has a more powerful engine, a corded electric starter, and a better, easier to use chute. The Snow Joe also has more fan speeds, which enables you to control the snow density. The Snow Joe's chute is also more powerful, and it throws snow farther, too. The Snow Joe iON18SB also throws snow 15 degrees farther forward than the Snow Blower. The two snow blowers cost about the same, but the Snow Joe is easier to use and more powerful.

PowerSmart Snow Blower Gas Powered
SAFETY DESIGN:The gas-powered snow thrower is easy to maintain and it is designed with safety in mind. The safety features of this snow blower prevent accidental start-ups and quickly stop the spinning auger and impeller when the user releases the auger trigger.
If you have never experienced snow, you may not realize how difficult it can be to clear a path through it. Using a shovel can be inefficient, and an electric snow blower can be noisy. The Snow Blower from PowerSmart is lightweight and compact, so it takes up less space in your garage. It's easy to use, and it's powered by gas, so it's quieter than electric snow blowers. This snow blower has a 212CC engine, so it can throw snow at speeds of up to 40 feet per minute. It has a 21-inch width and 12.5-inch height clearance range, so it can clear 10-car driveways. The snow blower is easy to assemble and use, and it's compact and foldable, so it saves space in your garage. You can also adjust the discharge chute to 180 degrees, so the snow blower can direct the snow in whichever direction you need it to go. This snow blower can also be used during the summer to clear grass debris.

PowerSmart Snow Blower Gas Powered
Easy Maneuver & Storage: E-Z 180 chute control, compact size and foldable designed for saving storage space.
We liked the performance of the PowerSmart 212cc gas snow blower. It cleared our 10-car driveway and sidewalks in about 15 minutes, which is faster than most electric snow blowers, and it cleared our 12.5-inch-deep (2 feet) snow in about 5 minutes. The 212cc gasoline engine delivered powerful snow-clearing action. The auger had three speeds, and the large wheels made it easy to navigate over deep snow. The self-propelled snow blower was easy to operate and maneuver. The fuel meter on the snow blower was easy to monitor, and we were able to start the snow blower and move it easily. The snow blower is durable, and we were able to clear our driveway and sidewalks multiple times before it needed to be serviced or replaced. The snow blower had a powerful 2.0 horsepower engine, and the motor was quiet. The snow blower had 3 speeds, and the snow blower was self-propelled, so we didn't need to use a push-starter. The power switch on the snow blower was easy to use, and the snow blower had chains on the tires, which made it easier to move over deep snow. The snow blower was lightweight, and it only weighed 31 pounds, so it moved easily and was easy to operate.

PowerSmart Snow Blower Gas Powered
Self-Propelled System: allow you get through heavy snow easier. 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds for enhanced driving convenience.
The PowerSmart 24-inch 212cc 2-stage gas snow blower is the most powerful model in our roundup and offers the clearing power of a gas blower without the gas. It's powered by a 212cc PowerSmart engine that puts out 1,700 to 1,900 watts of power, which blows through mounds of snow quickly and effortlessly. With its 24-inch clearing width and 20-inch clearing depth, it can handle driveways that can handle 10 parked cars and 6 in. - 10 in. of snow. The blower has an all-steel auger that cuts through tough snow, an impeller that diverts it away from the chute to prevent clogging, and an 8-pound auger key to facilitate snow-clearing efforts. It has an 8-foot-long power cord with an automatic cord rewind, and it comes with a 5-year warranty. This snow blower's snow-clearing capability is a bit limited by its 212cc engine, but even so, it's faster than our pick for medium-duty snow jobs (the Poulan Pro PB24021), and it's more powerful than any of the blowers that use a manual starter. The PowerSmart also is the lightest blower in our roundup and weighs just 65 pounds. The blower's 2-stage design provides strong clearing power, and it has a chute that rotates 360 degrees, so it's able to clear the most stubborn piles of snow. We also like that it has a corded electric starter, although it takes a bit more effort to start than gas blowers. The downsides of this blower are that it isn't as easy to use as a gas blower, its cord is too short, and it doesn't come with brake pads.

PowerSmart Snow Blower
LED Light: LED headlight lights up the night, easy to work at any time.
The PowerSmart Snow Blower is the most powerful 80V battery-powered snow blower we tested. It easily clears a path nearly 20 feet wide and 12 inches deep, and it does so with much less noise than gas-powered snow blowers. This snow blower's brushless motor and battery give it plenty of power, and the motor is geared for maximum speed. The chute control has 180 degrees of movement, making it easy to clear snow from gutters and roofs. And, unlike gas-powered snow blowers, this electric snow blower runs quietly, so you won't disturb your neighbors. A minor drawback is the battery's relatively short life (120 minutes per charge). But, since the battery is powered by the 80V charger, you can get more battery life if you charge it overnight. Overall, this snow blower is by far the best battery-powered snow blower we tested, and it's the best overall choice if you are looking for a powerful, quiet, and environmentally friendly snow blower.

PowerSmart Snow Blower
Self-propelled and Speed Change: Forward and reverse speeds enhanced driving convenience. 13 in. inflatable tires can easily overcome small obstacles.
The PowerSmart snow blower is among the most versatile snow blowers we tested, and it's among the lightest. The end-mounted or work chute can push snow up to 50 feet, which is more than enough for most driveways, but it's a bit short for larger areas. The chute is crank-adjustable, so you can adjust your clearing width to clear different surfaces, including over 90-degree slopes. The 24-inch clearing width is more than enough to clear most driveways, and the unit is also tall enough to reach higher than 90 degrees. (Other models we tested reached only 86.5 degrees.) The snow blower's light weight (6 pounds) and manageable size (13.5 by 11.3 by 16.8 inches) make it easy to maneuver, and it's light enough that you can easily push it up to 50 feet with the included gas-powered gas engine. The included battery and charger are convenient for charging at home, and the battery is powerful enough to clear 8 inches of snow in about 90 minutes. (The battery weighs only 4.8 pounds.) The only negative is that the snow blower's battery-charging port is located under the handle, so it's hard to access while the device is in use.

POWERSMART Replacement Battery
Replacement battery for POWERSMART cordless lawn mower PS76821.
This battery's capacity is more than double that of our original pick, and it has a greater number of cells, which allows it to hold more power. It's also less prone to overcharging and losing its charge, and it has a protection circuit that prevents the battery from overcharging. However, it's more expensive than our former pick, and it's a bit heavier, so it's less convenient to carry. The handheld battery has a 6-month warranty, while the battery for snow blowers has a 1-year warranty.

PowerSmart Snow Blower
POWERFUL & VERSATILE: Powersmart electric snow blower, which features a powerful 15-amp motor, is able to move up to 750lbs of snow per minute and the maximum distance of propelling snow is 30-feet. With a 180 adjustable discharge chute, users can control the direction of throwing snow conveniently. The snow blowers are ideal for quick snow clearing on mid-to-large sized driveways and walkways.
The Snow Joe Electric Snow Blower is compact, and easy to use. It weighs only 49 pounds, so it's easy to carry and move, and it clears up to 21 inches of snow per minute. The Snow Joe Snow Blower is easy to operate, and it's quiet, too. The auger and impeller blades spin slowly, and the snow blower is quiet enough that the neighbors won't hear it, even at 20 feet. The Snow Joe Snow Blower also cleans up well. The auger and impeller blades can be removed easily, and the snow blower's 12.5-inch intake depth allows it to collect snow up to 12 inches deep, so it's less likely to kick up any large clumps. The Snow Joe Snow Blower's auger and impeller blades are steel, so they are durable and well-made. The Snow Joe Snow Blower also comes with a 1-year warranty.

PowerSmart 20V Cordless String Trimmer Battery Edger Trimmer 12-Inch Max 2-in-1 Cordless Leaf Blower Leaf Vacuum Combo Kit
TWO-IN-ONE TRIMMER: Lawn mower / trimmer, 12-inch cordless trimmer, weight 6.8 pounds, lightweight design, no-load speed 8000RPM, to help you complete lawn trimming work, simple switch button, comfortable and easy to control.
The Philips PowerSmart 20V Cordless String Trimmer/Blower/Leaf Vacuum Combo Kit is an affordable, versatile, lightweight, and easy-to-use machine that is perfect for light-duty pruning jobs. The trimmer has a powerful 20V battery that powers the lawnmower and leaf blower, and it offers four functions, so you can prune, mow, blow leaves, or vacuum. But this machine works best on smaller branches, so it isn't that great at larger tasks. The trimmer has a removable, 12-inch cutting head, and it has a 0.065-inch wire diameter, which is fine for most trimming jobs. We also liked that the head can be removed, which would make it easier to change the cutting length. However, we found that the trimmer wasn't as sharp or as easy to use as (for example) the Ego Power+ String Trimmer, which comes with a 60-tooth blade. The trimmer isn't as quiet as the Ego or as comfortable to hold, either. The blower has a 350-CFM air volume, which is less than some competing models, but it's sufficient for most jobs. It performed well on light-duty jobs, such as blowing dead leaves off a truck, blowing off small debris from a garage, and blowing off wet leaves from a driveway. However, on bigger jobs, such as blowing heavy snow, it was underpowered. The blower also has a 0.065-inch wire diameter, which is fine for most jobs. The vacuum works reasonably well, but it struggles to pick up larger debris, such as leaves, twigs, grass, and pet hair. Its air filter needs to be cleaned frequently, so it can get clogged and stop working. Overall, this is a very good machine for light-duty pruning work, and it's easy to use, lightweight, and quiet. However, on bigger jobs, it is underpowered.
